• Our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Site will not exceed the greater of EUR 100 or the amount you have paid (if any) for chargeable Site features during the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law (e.g., liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for wilful misconduct).
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Atmas Group Oy and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your content.

• EU consumers: If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you may benefit from mandatory provisions of your local law and may bring proceedings in your local courts as required by EU consumer law.
19. Export and Sanctions Compliance
You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to comprehensive sanctions and are not listed on any government sanctions list. You agree to comply with applicable export control and sanctions laws when using the Site.
20. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of assets.
21. Entire Agreement; Severability; Waiver
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Atmas Group Oy regarding the Site and supersede prior agreements or representations on the subject matter.
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
