Mobile Medical Unit
A container-based clinical space designed for rapid deployment, available through Atmas Group.
The Mobile Medical Unit gives healthcare teams a dedicated space for patient examinations at temporary sites, in remote communities, and during emergency response. The Type A layout combines a private examination area with a separate reception and waiting area.
Type A configuration
Patient access and layout
An access ramp and a doorway wider than 85 cm support entry to the unit. Inside, a privacy curtain separates the examination area from reception and waiting.
Clinical furnishings and equipment
The Type A configuration includes an examination couch, a clinician’s desk, a lockable medicine cabinet, and a 40 L medicine refrigerator. The equipment package covers routine examinations, point-of-care testing, emergency care, and minor procedures. Request the full specification for the itemized list.
Power, climate control, and hygiene
A 4 kVA generator is included. The unit also features heating and cooling, examination lighting above 500 lux, washable walls, slip-resistant flooring, and a closed wastewater drainage system.
