SU-III Shelter Blast Hatch (Outward opening)

SU-III shelter hatches are designed for >440 kPa (4.4 bar) blast pressure (outward opening) according to existing technical norms for civil defence shelters. The hatch leaf is made from reinforced beams with cover plates. The doors can be upgraded with armour plates for splinter / ballistic protection and specal materials for fire resistance.

SU-III hatches have a multipoint locking system with gear mechanism, providing improved protection against blast wave pressure and equipped with rubber seal for gas tightness.
