Customized Protective Roller Shutters
Atmas Group provides fully customized protective roller shutter systems engineered according to the specific security, structural and operational requirements of each project.
Unlike standard roller shutter configurations, these systems can be individually designed according to the required dimensions, threat level, installation conditions, building structure and protection requirements. Solutions can incorporate ballistic, blast and forced-entry protection, either individually or as a combined multi-threat protection system.
The shutters can be manufactured using specially designed steel or aluminium profiles incorporating ballistic armour steel and other protective materials. The complete system can be engineered to protect the shutter curtain, guides, structural interfaces and surrounding opening while maintaining maximum possible clear opening and a clean architectural appearance.
Depending on the required configuration, ballistic protection can be provided according to international standards including NIJ 0108.01 Level IV, EN 1522 FB7, EN 1063 BR7 and STANAG 4569 Level 3.
Protective roller shutters can be integrated into concrete, masonry and other reinforced building structures. Where required, surrounding walls and structural interfaces can be reinforced using ballistic steel, composite armour or other protective materials to provide a comprehensive protection concept for the complete opening.
Each system can be customized according to the required protection level, dimensions, materials, operating method, structural conditions and architectural requirements.
