ATM Secured-Fire – Protective Roller Shutters

ATM Secured-Fire is a high-security fire-resistant protective roller shutter system designed for large building openings requiring a combination of fire protection, forced-entry resistance, ballistic protection and high wind resistance.

Manufactured from robust double-walled steel profiles, the system is particularly suitable for large entrances used by vehicles, machinery and equipment. Its compact rolling construction provides a practical alternative where conventional large protective doors may require excessive installation space.

Depending on the selected configuration, ATM Secured-Fire can provide E30, E60, E90, E120, E180 and E240 fire resistance according to EN 1634, RC2–RC4 forced-entry resistance according to EN 1627 / EN 1628 / EN 1630, and FB1–FB2 ballistic protection according to EN 1522. Additional ballistic classifications include NIJ Level 1 according to NIJ 0108-01 and UL 752 Level 1.

The shutter also provides Class 5 wind resistance according to EN 12424, making it suitable for exposed locations and demanding environmental conditions.

ATM Secured-Fire can be manufactured in large dimensions and customized according to the project requirements, installation conditions, required protection levels and architectural specifications. Electric operation, automatic control and emergency manual operation can be incorporated according to the required configuration.

The system is suitable for industrial facilities, factories, warehouses, critical infrastructure, government and public buildings, police and military facilities, airports, banks, commercial properties, protected facilities, shelters and other high-security applications.
