AFU RC 100 CBRN / NBC Filter

AFU RC 100 CBRN filters are specially designed for installation in Eastern Europe type air filtration and ventilation system used in civil defence shelters, bunkers and protected spaces.

The filters combine mechanical filter HEPA and activates carbon and capabilities to filter the air from harmful gases and particles.

AFU RC 100 CBRN filters designed for installation as part of CBRN filtration system and can be connected in parallel in columns of up to 3 filters with special air duct kits.


Connection of the AFU RC 100 Options:

  • One filter in column (100 m3/h nominal airflow)

  • Two filters in column (200 m3/h nominal airflow)

  • Three filters in column (300 m3/h nominal airflow)

Pressure drop @ 200 m3/h ~ 350 Pa

Separation efficiency @ 0.3 μ*:  ≥99.995 %

Total filter weight: ~ 30 kg

Operational temperature range: -50.. +70 ºC

Welding: EN ISO 9606-1

Surface treatment: Epoxy Powder coating

Container tightness: Maintain overpressure of 1.0 kPa

Gasket material: Silicone

Container material thickness: Mild steel IS513
