Shelter Package for Up to 12 People / 36 m³

A complete package of essential protection, ventilation and life-support systems designed for shelters, bunkers and safe rooms for up to 12 people with an air volume of approximately 36 m³. The package combines the key systems required to maintain a safe and functional protected environment during an emergency.

The package can include CBRN air filtration and ventilation, blast protection and air valves, overpressure control, airtight components, emergency ventilation, monitoring and other essential shelter equipment. Systems can be adapted for both new shelters and renovation or conversion of existing spaces.

Shelter Package - Up to 12 People 36m3

CBRN Filtration & Ventilation

Provides filtered outside air, positive pressure and protection against chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear contaminants. The system is selected according to shelter volume, occupancy and required airflow.

System options:

  • SAFE 360 CBRN Filtration & Ventilation System — Compact wall-mounted system specifically designed for small shelters and safe rooms up to 36 m³ / 12 people. Includes CBRN filter, electric blower, manual backup, blast valve and overpressure valve.

  • ARC 50 CBRN Filtration System — Higher-airflow alternative providing 50 m³/h filtration and 100 m³/h ventilation, suitable where the project requires a different configuration or increased airflow.
View ARC Series / ARC 50

  • Other CBRN Filtration Systems — Alternative capacities and configurations can be selected according to project requirements.

Shelter Door & Entrance Protection

The protective door maintains the physical and gastight integrity of the shelter entrance. Door type should be selected according to required blast, splinter, ballistic, forced-entry and gastight protection.

Door options:

  • Shelter Doors — Different blast ratings, standards, constructions and custom configurations are available.

Air Intake & Exhaust Protection

Protects ventilation openings against blast pressure and controls airflow and overpressure inside the shelter.

Available options:

  • Blast Valves — Heavy-duty protective valves designed to prevent blast overpressure and pressure waves from entering shelters and protected facilities through ventilation systems.

  • Overpressure Blast Valves — Protective valves combining blast protection with controlled pressure relief to maintain safe internal pressure and prevent excessive overpressure.

  • Gastight Shut-Off Valves — High-integrity isolation valves designed to provide gastight closure of ventilation ducts during CBRN events, emergencies, or system isolation.

  • Blast Dampers — Reinforced ventilation dampers engineered to protect air-handling systems and occupied spaces against blast pressure while supporting required airflow during normal operation.

  • Airflow Control Valves — Adjustable valves for regulating and balancing airflow within shelter and protected-facility ventilation systems, supporting controlled pressure and ventilation performance.

Note: Usually CBRN filtration systems already include its blast inlet valve and overpressure blast valve, so these normally do not need to be added separately when the system is selected.

Wall Sleeves, Flanges & Gastight Penetrations

Provides safe passage of ventilation ducts, cables, pipes and other services through the shelter perimeter while maintaining its protective and gastight characteristics.

Available options:

  • Wall Sleeves & Retrofit Flanges — For connecting filtration systems, blast valves, overpressure valves and ductwork through new or existing shelter walls.

  • Gastight Air Ducts — Modular gastight ductwork for connecting filtration and ventilation components.

  • Protected Cable & Hose Passages / MCT — Gastight penetration systems for electrical cables, communication cables, pipes and hoses.

For the 12-person / 36 m³ package, I would visually put the first 5 categories at the top because these define the actual protective shelter: Filtration → Door → Air Protection → Penetrations → Monitoring. Water, sanitation, power, furniture and extended autonomy can follow underneath as configurable equipment.
