CO2 Scrubbers & air regeneration systems
Overview
ARC CO2 professional series includes various carbon dioxide removal systems (scrubbers) that can be installed as part of a air filtration units, air regeneration systems in shelters and protected areas as well as other industrial applications. Atmas offers a wide selection of CO2 and CO removal systems (scrubbers) and filters. These units are air regeneration solutions designed for “scrubbing” the air and removing harmful gases such as CO (carbon monoxide) and CO2 (carbon dioxide) and allowing longer stay time for people inside the shelters or any enclosed spaces. Such systems and filters can be installed in isolated spaces without external air supply for extending the length of the stay by controlling the safe levels of CO2 and CO in the air.
-
Professional line of carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide removal systems, designed for civil defence shelters and protected spaces.
-
The filters and components are designed based on decades of experience in manufacturing of CBRN air filtration systems.
-
Tens of thousands of company's products are installed in shelters and protected spaces

Professional air regeneration systems for removal of carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide from the air
The common calculation of CO2 liters (L) per one person staying in the shelter while in rest (without activity) is approx. 20 L per person per one hour. For civil defence shelters for calculation of the required CO2 filter the following formula can be used: 20 L x max. number of people x hours of stay
Important notice: the air volume of the shelter may effect the time when CO2 concentration will start raising from basic values. The formula is not taking into consideration this parameter.
