SO-1, SO-2 - Shelter Blast Doors / HS-1 - Shelter Blast Hatches

Series of heavy-duty blast rated and gastight doors and hatches that designed both for new construction and retrofitting in existing structures. The doors designed according to modern Ukrainian construction norms for civil defence shelters and can be also customized for providing additional ballistic protection.

Overview

Finnish type standard and custom made shelter doors and hatches
The doors and hatches are heavy duty with single plate leaf structure for high pressure loads
Standard door clear opening sizes: 900x2000, 1200x2000, 1500x2000, 1900x2000 mm and other
Standard hatch sizes: 600x800, 700x1200 mm and other
Can be equipped with special frame allowing retrofitting the door in existing structural openings or on pre installed frames

SO-1 / SO-1S Shelter Blast & Gastight Door

Blast resistance: 200 kN/m2 (2 bar)
Leaf: single metal plate 20mm / 30mm
Installation options: casting / retrofit, right/left
Standard wall thickness: 300mm
Locking mechanism: 2x levers with handles inside and outside
Equipped with seal for gas tightness

SO-2 Shelter Blast & Gastight Door

Blast resistance: 400 kN/m2 (4 bar)
Leaf: single metal plate 30mm
Installation options: casting / retrofit, right/left
Standard wall thickness: 400mm
Locking mechanism: 2x levers with handles inside and outside
Equipped with seal for gas tightness

HS-1 Shelter Blast & Gastight Hatch

Blast resistance: 200 kN/m2 (2 bar)
Leaf: single metal plate 20mm
Installation options: casting / retrofit, right/left
Standard wall thickness: 300mm
Locking mechanism: 2x bolts
Equipped with seal for gas tightness
